What subjects does CCE tutor?

CCE is capable of tutoring any Science and Math courses at the K-8 level and Chemistry, Biology, and Physical Science at the K-12 level.

How do I schedule a free consultation?

All communication can be accomplished using the email chemconexp@gmail.com.  Soon, an online calendar will be introduced in which a day and time slot can be chosen for all returning students or Free Consultation for new potential students.

How will my session be confirmed?

All sessions will be confirmed via email with a Google Calendar Event.  Within the Event will be a link to the Google Meet that will be used for the session.

How long will my session be?

Each session is typically schedule for one hour.  However, appointments can be scheduled for any amount of time, in 30 minute increments. 

What time(s) of day are available for appointments

Appointments are available most days Monday through Friday starting at 3 pm EST. 

How do I cancel or reschedule a session?

24 hour notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling.  Any cancellation less with than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the originally scheduled session.

How do I pay for my session?

Clients are required to store their payment information using our third party billing partner, Square.  All initial payments will be completed through an electronic invoice sent to your email.  First time clients are required to have their invoices prepaid and card information stored.  Individual sessions following, will be charged accordingly at the end of the session using the information stored.  Regular, or weekly, sessions will be charged using the stored information at the end of each week.
